SUMMARY:
Quarterly update on citywide grant coordination for grant seeking, grant writing, grant administration, and grant management activities aimed to support the City’s General Management Plan, the 5-year Capital Improvement Project (CIP) list, and support opportunities to implement initiatives that would have otherwise been unfunded. The following grant applications were submitted in the second quarter (April-June) of 2026.

DISCUSSION:
Several grant applications were submitted to federal, state, county, and community foundations during the 2nd quarter of 2026 (April, May, June). During the 2nd quarter, staff actively pursued external funding opportunities that aligned with the priorities and capacity of the City of Red Bluff. Staff are continuing to prepare future grant applications to advance capital projects and programmatic investments that benefit the community.
